Reflexology

Reflexology is a wonderfully relaxing, non-intrusive holistic complementary health therapy, based on the theory that reflex points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face and ears correspond with different organs and systems of the body. By stimulating these reflex points we can encourage energy to flow and allow the body to heal and re-balance itself.

During an hour’s treatment you will relax  and unwind in a reclining chair snuggled up with blanket and cushions whilst I use traditional Reflexology techniques applying gentle pressure and massage to ‘remind the body to heal itself’.

I use all natural products including lavender and tea tree powder from Neal’s Yard Remedies and a range of aromatherapy foot creams from The Aromatree Company. I work in dedicated Treatment Cabin in a relaxed homely environment.

As a Reflexologist I work holistically with clients, which means I see you as a unique individual person, not a collection of symptoms! I work in a complementary capacity alongside traditional allopathic healthcare to promote better health and wellbeing for you.  We always work towards assisting the body back to homeostasis – which means perfect balance.

If you think you may be pregnant it is important that you let me know this before commencing treatment as I would need to choose the aromatherapy foot cream accordingly.

An initial consultation lasts around 75 minutes, and after that each session is an hour.

As Reflexologists we are not doctors and cannot offer diagnosis, you should always seek the help of a medical professional if you have serious health concerns.
